An educated populous is the foundation of a well‐functioning society. A well‐educated workforce, well‐trained workers, and a citizenry that supports education create opportunity and enhance living standards in California. More educated citizens have more opportunities, and more opportunities create more educated citizens. Improving education enhances and sustains our communities.
